Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre located in Chichester Gate offer an unrivalled selection of facilities and services to help you get healthy and stay healthy. At the club the team offer a new and innovative way to get you on the right track. With a combination of great fitness facilities which include a 20 metre heated pool, over 50 fitness classes and fully trained staff, you can be rest assured that reaching your goals will be in confident hands.
Upon joining, you will receive a 12-point Health MOT Assessment by a clinically trained Wellbeing Advisor and a personalised fitness program by our Professional Fitness team. All memberships include use of the gym, pool, sauna and fitness classes. There is also a Relaxation Zone where you can treat yourself to a range of beauty treatments on offer, a physiotherapy service, and a café-bar with light refreshments and complimentary newspapers to help unwind after your work out.
