We are not your regular gym, as well as getting you looking your best we want you to feel healthy from the inside. All full members get a Free 12 point health and wellbeing consultation worth £80. This is the most comprehensive health assessment available and unique to Nuffield Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Once you become a member simply book an appointment at reception.
The facilities include: 20m heated swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, over 50 group exercise classes weekly, steam room, sauna, café lounge, free towel service and free parking.
The Centre at Chichester Gate is open at the following times:
Monday to Thursday: 6.30am - 10.00pm
Friday: 6.30am - 9.00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am - 7.00pm
Bank Holidays: 8.00am - 7.00pm
